1992 Season tape - Using JMU sports cameras, a tape was produced of 5 home games and 1 away game at Virginia Tech: Sep 5 (at Va. Tech), Sep 19, Oct 3, Oct 10, Oct 31, & Nov 7.

1997 CSPAN - The MRD's participated in the 53rd Presidential Inaugural Parade. They were the largest band present in the parade and were one of three selected to represent Virginia. Coverage included CNN and CSPAN.
While he is initially distracted talking to various dignitaries, President Clinton's attention is drawn by the band and he can be seen saying: "That's a great band!".
